Mandate
To assist the Council for carrying out the Construction of Council's Centre of Excellence Building at Bengaluru. The term of refence of Committee shall be as under :
(a) To review and monitor the designs, plans, estimates and proposals submitted by the Architect/ Consultants for construction of building vis-à-vis the requirements of the Council including Tender for appointment of Contractor as per the approved designs, plans and materials approved by the Council.
(b) To Monitor the progress in the implementation of project, time schedule for construction, and develop strategies and measures to address delays, if any, in the implementation of project.
(c) To Examine from time to time the development of project proposal(s)/requirements and make recommendations to the Council for the implementation of such proposals/ requirements.
(d) To Review development of project and make such recommendations as relevant with a view to ensuring time completion of project and enhancing the delivery of services and output performance of the
Architect and/ or Contractor.
(e) Perform such other functions as may assigned by the Council from time to time.
